What you'll need: An email address and a password. That's it. Registration is free, takes under a minute, and requires no credit card. Once confirmed, you can create unlimited free hourly and daily automated eBay searches.

Step-by-Step Setup Guide

1

Create Your Free Account

Go to the Join SearchDome page and register with your email address and a password. Your name is optional. That's all that's required — no credit card, no subscription.

Your email address is where SearchDome will deliver your search results. Make sure it's an address you check regularly.
2

Confirm Your Email Address

After registering, check your inbox for a confirmation email from SearchDome and click the confirmation link. This step is required before you can create and schedule automated searches.

Don't see the email? Check your spam or junk folder. If it's not there, use the "Send Another Confirmation Email" link on the login page.
3

Build and Test Your eBay Search

Log in to SearchDome and click Create eBay Search at the top of the page. Enter your keywords, set your filters (price range, condition, seller rating, etc.), and click Run Search to see live eBay results instantly.

Refine your search until it returns exactly what you're looking for. A well-tuned search means relevant alerts — not inbox clutter. For tips on building effective searches, see the eBay Search Tips page.

Pro tip: Use the Exclude Keywords field to filter out results you're not interested in. This is one of the most powerful ways to keep your automated search results clean and relevant.
4

Save Your Search with a Schedule

When you're happy with your results, click Save Search. Give your search a name, choose a frequency, and pick the time of day you'd like it to run. Then click Save.

Daily searches can be scheduled for a specific hour — for example, every day at 8:00 AM or every other day at 4:00 PM in your local timezone.

You're Done — Results Arrive by Email

Your search is now scheduled. SearchDome will run it automatically and email you new matching eBay listings on your chosen schedule.

To edit, pause, or delete a search at any time, go to My Searches and click the edit link next to the search you want to modify. You can create as many searches as you like.

Keep your alerts out of spam. SearchDome sends results from account-services@searchdome.com. Add this address to your email address book, or add searchdome.com as a trusted sender, to ensure your alerts land in your inbox. If your first results don't arrive, check your spam or junk folder.
