Create an eBay Power Search Alert

Upload your search data and run up to 100 eBay searches at once

A Power Search lets you run up to 100 eBay searches in a single automated job. Upload a pipe-delimited text file where each row contains a keyword and a maximum price. SearchDome runs every search in the file, filters out results above your price limits, and emails you all matching new eBay listings in one consolidated report. Perfect for resellers, collectors, and anyone who tracks many items at once.

How to Set Up a Power Search

1

Pick a plan — Daily or Hourly

Power Search requires an active Daily ($4.99/mo) or Hourly ($9.99/mo) plan. Start with up to 10 Power Searches a day on either plan — need more? Just ask, this isn't a hard ceiling.

2

Create your Power Search data file

Using a text editor like Notepad, create a plain text file. Each row contains two values separated by a pipe symbol (|): the search keyword and the highest price you're willing to pay.

3

Upload your data file below

Use the form below to upload your pipe-delimited file. Each row becomes one individual eBay search, up to 100 rows per file.

4

Link it to a scheduled search

Go to My eBay Searches, create a search, select the eBay category that applies to all of the searches in your file, and set its Type to PowerSearch, linking it to your uploaded data file.

5

Choose hourly or daily and receive results

Click Save Search, give your search a name, and choose hourly or daily for when you want it to run. On a daily search, also pick the time of day it should run. SearchDome runs every search in your file on that schedule and emails you all matching results in one consolidated report.
